Yes. Please remove personal belongings, valuables, and child car seats, including items in door pockets, cupholders, and storage compartments you’d like cleaned. Excessive clutter that requires us to sort or remove items may result in an additional fee. We do not inventory belongings left in the vehicle, so please check for anything important before your appointment.

We are equipped with our own electricity and water source. All we need is adequate space to work on your vehicle.

Yes. If the vehicle’s condition requires substantially more work than the selected package covers, we’ll explain our recommendation and confirm any price difference before starting.
